I've had luxurious and nicely decorated room with a bathtub and all the high tech equipment plus a bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of food.
Couldn’t fault!

The hotel was a beautiful chateau setting along a river. Checkin was good with our luggage being picked up with a golf cart and transported to the appropriate building. Our room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant and...

the grounds and setting is beautiful, al bit it a hastle from the motorway. Our room was upgraded and very comfortable.
We stayed because it has a michelin rosette, we were very disappointed with the standard of food. We had the degustation, very expensive and definitely not worth the money. the food was all beautifully presented but very poorly flavoured. The ingredients were cheap and tasteless. When serving such small portions, they must have a huge impact, sadly this was very lacking. We chose the wines selected by the house, they were badly matched and very poor in quality. Never again...........

We had an incredible stay in a beautiful hamlet surrounded by nature, offering us the perfect escape from the city. We stayed in the renovated stables, with spacious rooms and such charming features throughout. The surroundings make up for the treacherous bridge that connects the...

Exquisite surroundings
Only choice for dining was restaurant at the hotel which was fine dining at it's best but not what we needed when we just wanted a snack without dressing for dinner. It was forbidden to bring your own food/drink (no facility in room for this of course)

The accommodation and the gardens were beautiful, comfortable and a slice of luxury. We had a delicious meal in lovely surroundings for both dinner and breakfast.
The pool was beautiful but as it was surrounded by dining tables so we were not comfortable to swim and take advantage of the facility. It was a beautiful setting in the evening for dinner. We would have liked to have breakfast outside on the terrace on a warm morning but this was not permitted as the tables were set up in the breakfast room.

Located by the Seine, in a stable, Les Jardins d'Epicure offers a picturesque setting. Wander through the beautiful grounds and enjoy the tranquility. The room was beautiful, with attention to detail and a huge bathroom. The staff, although aloof, were helpful via email. The restaurant provided a good dining experience, with delicious food. Additionally, the hotel has a rooftop deck and facilities such as a swimming pool and a grand piano in the conservatory.
The service from the staff was aloof at times.

The setting, ie. The Gardens. The Restraunt was excellent.
Seeing the Hotel was virtually empty, it was a shame our room was in an annexe on the second floor. A little generosity on the room, seeing how expensive the restraunt was would have been appreciated.

Excellent facilities, beautiful setting and building. Poolside restaurant was excellent, we had no problems witht the smell of chlorine. Eating in the hotel is very expensive, but well worth the experience. Breakfast was excellent. The grounds are well kept and good parking. Staff are very attentive to detail.
The room was in the annexe, and was far too small , some seating outside of the annexe would be appreciated. Check the cost of the evening meal before booking, as you cannot enter or leave the grounds after 9:00 pm. So you need to be committed to eating in the hotel, which is fine for one night, but would be very expensive for longer. You are not allowed to bring any food or drinks in to the hotel. There is nothing to see or do in the village, it is run down.

I recently had a lovely stay at a charming hotel in the French countryside. The room was beautifully appointed with a huge bathroom that had great attention to detail. The staff, although I didn't get to meet them in person, were incredibly helpful and provided recommendations for local restaurants and clear instructions for finding my room. The location of the hotel, set in an enormous conservatory with delightful views over the gardens, was truly breathtaking.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!
